On-site at our corporate headquarters Position Overview Rubi Tools USA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll assist in developing and implementing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, managing content and social media, and supporting cross-functional marketing efforts. Creativity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy Execute Local Content Plan:
Carry out content initiatives based on the global strategy and local content calendar.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop local content (e.g., blogs, videos) for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Video Production:
Produce on-site videos to engage professional audiences and showcase product use in real-world settings.
Brand & Communications Brand Stewardship:
Represent RUBI as a brand ambassador in the U.S. market, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and enhancing brand visibility.
Media Relations:
Manage media contacts, draft press releases, and monitor industry publications for relevant activity.
Advertising:
Plan and execute media buys and advertisements, aligning with product launches and campaign objectives.
Strategic Partnerships:
Foster collaboration with organizations like the NTCA (National Tile Contractors Association).
Digital Marketing Strategy Execution:
Implement local digital initiatives aligned with global marketing and U.S. sales strategies.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, managing agreements and measuring campaign success.
E-Commerce Support:
Ensure accurate and compelling RUBI product representation on partner e-commerce platforms.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the
RUBI USA
Facebook page, growing community engagement and interaction.
Content Channels:
Manage
RUBI USA
blog and YouTube channel in alignment with SEO and content calendars.
Competitor Monitoring:
Track competitor marketing activities and provide insights.
Inbound Marketing:
Support inbound marketing initiatives in coordination with the global marketing team.
Loyalty Program Program Engagement:
Assist with
RUBI CLUB
initiatives in the U.S., supporting campaigns to drive member engagement and loyalty.
Operations Support:
Contribute to the operational execution of loyalty program campaigns.
Product Launches Campaign Support:
Support the rollout of marketing campaigns for new product introductions in the U.S.
Influencer Collaboration:
Manage influencer content partnerships related to product promotions. PIM (Product Information Management)
Localization:
Translate and adapt marketing materials for the U.S. market as needed.
Trade Shows & Events Event Management:
Coordinate trade show participation in collaboration with HQ marketing.
Campaign Execution:
Manage pre-show, in-show, and post-show campaigns to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation:
Plan and execute lead acquisition strategies during trade events.
Sales Support:
Attend trade shows and provide on-site marketing support to the sales team.
Trade Marketing Promotional Support:
Assist the sales team with trade marketing efforts, including special promotions, catalogues, brochures, and other collateral.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Language:
Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar marketing role; experience in industrial or construction-related sectors preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with analytics tools, and ability to monitor and report on KPIs.
Travel:
Willingness to travel occasionally within the territory.
