Sales and Marketing Specialist Miami Star Truck Parts,LLC Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018 Job Overview We are a leading warehouse in truck parts and accessories, with a strong market reputation for providing high-quality products through multiple channels, both retail and wholesale. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to boost our brand presence, increase sales, and strengthen our connection with both physical and digital customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital and in-person marketing strategies to increase sales across three channels: online, retail, and wholesale. Design monthly promotional campaigns focused on key products. Manage social media accounts, Google My Business, and e-commerce platforms. Create visual content (posts, flyers, videos) in coordination with the design team. Analyze customer behavior and report results with clear metrics (sales, traffic, engagement). Participate in trade shows, business events, and B2B collaborations. Manage wholesale client databases and loyalty strategies. Coordinate in-store promotions and POP materials for the showroom.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and commercial marketing. Knowledge of paid campaign platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc. Excellent writing skills and creativity. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience in the automotive, hardware, or industrial retail sector is a plus.
