•This role is an Onsite role based in one of our South Florida Offices (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm, Miami)•About you: The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in providing a high level of marketing support, business plan implementation and coordination of marketing programs to an assigned group of commercial real estate brokers
This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to efficiently execute administrative and marketing functions that support Colliers’ revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position involves collaborating with brokers and marketing leaders to streamline internal processes, improve marketing execution, and support business operations.
In this role you will…
Draft and organize appropriate correspondence for marketing team and sales professionals, including the preparation and delivery of marketing materials. Design and create wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, illustrations, demographic reports, brochures, newsletters for in-house and client presentations using advanced graphic and mapping software.
Draft press releases and news briefs for South Florida brokerage teams, focusing on transactions, new listings, and new hires.
Develop localized content and campaigns, which will improve audience engagement across multiple touchpoints, driving stronger connections and supporting business growth.
Perform CRM data entry and maintenance.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient Microsoft applications experience (Excel, Word). Proficient Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an ability to articulating client value. Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with top level executives.
