Job Description:

The Home Health Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Magnolia Grace Senior Care services. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients to drive referrals and increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote services offered by Magnolia Grace Senior Care. Identify and establish relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, and discharge planners. Organize and attend Chamber events, health fairs, and luncheons to promote the company’s services. Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Track and report on marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the sales and care teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their families. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors. Assist in covering office and answering phone lines as needed. We’re seeking someone who is: Energetic and outgoing – You love talking with people and making meaningful connections. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Services or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role. Minimum of 5 years face-to-face marketing (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of healthcare services and the senior care industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. Proficient in Canva – updating and/or creating marketing materials (REQUIRED) Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
