Role Overview:
Shapellx is looking for an energetic and bilingual TikTok Livestream Operator to join our in-house content and e-commerce team in Orlando, FL . In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing daily TikTok live sessions, assisting hosts during broadcasts, and analyzing performance to drive engagement and sales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Shapellx’s fast-growing livestream commerce strategy .
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage TikTok livestreams , ensuring smooth broadcast flow, real-time coordination, and technical stability. Support livestream hosts by managing behind-the-scenes logistics, interacting with viewers , and guiding on-screen engagement strategies. Monitor and analyze live session performance metrics (e.g., viewer retention, engagement, conversions) to improve future content and optimize results. Stay informed on TikTok trends, platform updates, and livestream best practices to help keep Shapellx competitive and relevant . Coordinate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align livestreams with campaigns, promotions, and product launches . Help set up props, lighting, and technical equipment to ensure on-brand presentation and product showcasing .
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written). Experience operating or supporting TikTok livestreams or similar platforms is preferred. Strong communication and people skills ; outgoing personality with the confidence to engage talent and audiences in real time. Basic understanding of livestream performance analytics and optimization strategies . Interest or background in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation is highly desirable.
