50% locally Key Objectives Drive birthday party bookings through outreach, relationship-building, and effective communication. Represent Fun Spot America at birthday expos, school visits, community events, and other marketing opportunities. Ensure seamless coordination and communication of booked events to the park operations teams. Support birthday party execution as needed, particularly during peak times or special events. Demonstrate and uphold company values of Safe-Clean-Fun in every interaction.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Manage inbound and outbound birthday party inquiries, providing timely and engaging responses. Build and maintain relationships with schools, churches, local organizations, and community partners to promote birthday packages. Attend and represent Fun Spot America at community events, expos, and outreach opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and targeted campaigns. Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and outreach efforts in CRM or tracking system. Regularly report on sales performance and marketing outreach efforts. Booking Coordination Book and confirm birthday parties in accordance with park availability and guest preferences. Communicate all party details to park operations and leadership teams for smooth execution. Coordinate with the DM and operational leaders to ensure expectations are met for each event. Follow up with guests post-party for feedback and potential future bookings. Operational Support (as needed) Provide on-site support for high-volume birthday weekends or special promotional events. Step in to assist Party Hosts or leadership when operational needs arise. Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are upheld during events. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales-driven with the ability to close bookings and build lasting relationships. Ability to represent the company professionally at public events. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Basic computer proficiency, especially in CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools. Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or related field. Previous experience working with children or in event sales is a plus. Ability to work weekends and attend events outside of standard business hours. Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy. Must pass a background check and motor vehicle check (if applicable). Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to travel locally for marketing and outreach purposes. Ability to navigate large crowds and communicate clearly in loud environments.
