  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing infrastructure sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies. 2.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. 3.
  • Strategic Solution Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital marketing goals and challenges.
  • Develop tailored digital marketing infrastructure solutions that align with clients’ objectives and budget.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, creative, and analytics) to ensure seamless implementation and execution of campaigns. 4.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service offerings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research and performance metrics. 5.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations for client pitches.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in digital marketing or technology.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing infrastructure, including tools and platforms for SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
