- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies. 2.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling.

- Develop tailored digital marketing infrastructure solutions that align with clients’ objectives and budget.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations for client pitches.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in digital marketing or technology.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing infrastructure, including tools and platforms for SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
