We create minimal ingredient protein powders that have no artificial flavors, no fake sweeteners, and no bogus fillers. At our core, the entire Levels brand is built around quality, simplicity, and affordability. Unsurprisingly, it turns out that not being fake is the best way to get people’s attention. Role Overview We’re looking for a Brand Director who gets how to build and scale a brand that actually matters. This isn’t about buzzwords, moodboards, or vague vibes—it’s about owning the narrative, keeping the brand sharp across every touchpoint, and building a presence that drives real business results. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and lead brand across packaging, campaigns, copy, retail, creative, and everything in between. You’ll set the tone, shape the voice, and make sure nothing weak slips through. This is an in-person role, based in Jupiter. We move fast, build tight, and believe the best work happens face-to-face.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Brand Stewardship:
Own the brand playbook—tone, identity, positioning, packaging, guidelines—and make sure it stays clean, consistent, and fresh across every channel.
Campaign Development:
Lead end-to-end development of brand campaigns—from insight to concept to execution. You know how to craft stories that punch and perform.
Creative Oversight:
Partner with design, copy, and marketing teams to make sure everything we put out—email, paid, social, in-store—lives up to the brand standard.
Retail & Shopper Strategy:
Translate brand identity into the physical world. Own in-store messaging, displays, and packaging that stands out and converts.
Messaging & Voice:
Guard and evolve our verbal identity. You know how to write it yourself, or guide others to get it right—tight, bold, never corporate.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work across marketing, product, sales, and ops to ensure the brand shows up the right way everywhere it lives. What You Bring to the

CPG Brand Experience:
You’ve built or led brands in the food, beverage, wellness, or personal care space—and know how to flex brand across channels.
Strong Creative POV:
You know good creative when you see it. You can brief it, review it, kill it, or greenlight it—and explain why in one sentence.
Hands-On Leadership:
You’re a builder, not just a strategist. You’re just as comfortable editing copy or jumping into Figma comments as you are presenting to the team.
Execution Focus:
You don’t just pitch ideas—you ship. You hit deadlines, deliver clarity, and get things over the line.
