We’re a vertically integrated textile company with over 30 years of experience manufacturing and distributing lifestyle apparel and home goods with a strong eco-conscious identity. If you are performance driven, creative and data-savvy, this role is for you. Duties Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and the Meta Ads Network (Facebook, Instagram). Manage and grow brand visibility across search engines through effective SEO strategies: keyword optimization, on-page structure, and content planning. Build and manage content calendars for social media and advertising campaigns aligned with brand identity and product launches. Track and report on key performance indicators using Google Analytics 4, Google Trends, Meta dashboards, and other digital tools. Develop landing pages and promotional funnels with CRO best practices Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Oversee marketing automation processes to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement. Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels. Monitor social media platforms to engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation. Requirements 3+ years of experience running online ad campaigns (Google + Meta) Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Trends, and ad performance dashboards Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools Experience creating and managing social and advertising content Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into action Proficiency in SEM, performance marketing, analytics tools, and marketing automation software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
