Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral part of our growing in-house marketing department with a primary focus on digital media strategy, development, implementation and execution. In addition, this role is responsible for the daily maintenance and improvement of all paid search accounts (PPC) including, but not limited to, campaign structure, targeting/ re-targeting, keyword management, and fiscal budgeting for the MarineMax brand.

N/A KEY TASKS
Plan and implement meta tag strategy for search engine optimization (SEO) ensuring keyword consistency across multi-channel platforms including but not limited to web, email, DM, PPC, social initiatives and mobile. Keyword list maintenance, including cost analysis, hierarchy and capitalizing on industry trends. Optimize landing page content to improve conversion rates via various external marketing channels (I.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) in addition to improved keyword ranking on major search engines such as Google, Bing, etc. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for improved campaign performance on an ongoing basis, as well as, identifying pain points within the business. Ensure effective and consistent conversion paths – for example from e-mail marketing message to opens to click-through to landing page content and calls to action. Collaborate and educate internal business units on best practice, process improvement, and areas of growth & engagement. Manage these activities for five related, but distinct business units. No “set and forget.” Full ownership of external business relationships as they relate to the digital marketing landscape. Skills and requirements : Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, management information systems, or other related field required Minimum three years direct experience required Expert knowledge of best practices, concepts, measurements, metrics, trends and industry developments Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics & Google Ad Words (and equivalent) Google Ad Words certification a plus! Ability to evaluate return on investment Demonstrated planning, analytical, time mangement, oral and written communication skills required Self-motivated and self-directed Sitecore and ClickDimensions experience a plus

Proactively monitor related OEM and competitor strategies and actions.
