Job Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and skilled Marketing Specialist to grow the Non-Stuffy Attorneys brand and support the marketing efforts of atCause Law Office. This is a hands-on role where you’ll dive into the work—crafting campaigns, creating content, and driving results. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented doer with expertise in email marketing, video creation (editing, shorts, and B-roll), social media management, direct mail campaigns, and more. You’ll be a key player in boosting our brand’s visibility and impact, focusing heavily on cost-per-lead and conversion rate optimization.

NOTE:

This is an in-office position in our Clearwater, Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing strategies to establish Non-Stuffy Attorneys as a standout legal brand with unlimited potential. Support and contribute to the ongoing marketing initiatives of atCause Law Office. Create, edit, and produce engaging video content, including short-form videos (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Reels) with seamless B-roll integration. Design and implement email marketing campaigns with advanced segmentation to nurture leads and build client relationships. Manage social media channels, producing compelling content to boost engagement and follower growth. Develop and carry out direct mail campaigns that connect with our target audience. Launch and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Manage paid social ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and ROI, including creating landing pages tailored to these campaigns. Design and execute webinar and seminar marketing strategies, including funnels to drive attendance and conversions. Craft lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, checklists) to attract and convert prospects. Use graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials. Build online courses to engage audiences and establish thought leadership. Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels, with a focus on cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and detailed statistical analysis, adjusting tactics for better results. Collaborate with Non-Stuffy Attorneys and atCause Law Office leadership to align marketing efforts with firm goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on delivering results. Expertise in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and creating short-form content with B-roll. Strong skills in email marketing platforms, including segmentation and campaign execution. Hands-on experience managing social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a knack for growth. Demonstrated ability to run effective Google AdWords campaigns and create optimized landing pages. Proficiency in managing paid social ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience in webinar and seminar marketing, including building effective funnels. Ability to craft compelling lead magnets that drive conversions. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating marketing assets. Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and statistical analysis. Experience creating online courses or educational content. Creative problem-solver with a passion for getting things done. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Bonus :
