About the

Role:

Florida Agency Network (FAN), one of the largest independently owned title providers in the U.S., is seeking a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a full-time position supporting the strategic vision of FAN’s Director of Marketing by bringing marketing plans to life across social media, internal campaigns, agent engagement, and brand development. You’ll be the go-to person for creating content and assets, managing posts across platforms, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring execution across digital and internal channels. While we provide the strategic roadmap, you’ll make sure the train runs on time—and looks good doing it.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management o Create visual assets (templates, social graphics, flyers, basic video edits) using Canva o Draft social media post copy based on strategy provided o Schedule and publish content across channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube Platform Coordination o Manage daily execution across social media channels and track engagement o Update Google Business Profiles for multiple locations o Support YouTube content uploads and optimization (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) Email & Internal Campaigns o Assist with email marketing setup and distribution (through CRM) o Create internal communications and support training initiatives Support Sales Team & Office Initiatives o Assist with marketing needs for training sessions, events, and classes o Occasionally visit branch offices for content capture or local activations Project Coordination o Stay organized with multiple concurrent campaigns o Track task deadlines, asset delivery, and basic performance results

Preferred Experience:

3-5 years of marketing or content coordination experience Proficiency with Canva and comfort using social media platforms for business Experience with tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Prior experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or professional services a plus, but not required

Travel:

Ability to travel to branch offices throughout central Florida occasionally for team meetings or field content (travel will be reimbursed).

Compensation:
Salary Range:

$50,000

  • 60,000/year, depending on experience, with room for growth.

Full-time, W-2 employee with benefits eligibility (health, PTO, etc., depending on internal structure).
