Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta + Google) 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 2021 Sunnydale Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33765 iEnjoy Home is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for our direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand. This is a plug-and-play execution role within a proven and profitable system. The strategy, account structure, creative testing frameworks, and workflows are already in place—you’ll be stepping into a machine that works and helping us scale it further. You’ll be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns, designing and testing winning creatives, and collaborating with internal teams to execute high-performing content—especially user-generated content (UGC) and in-house video ads. This is a role for someone who can follow a system, move fast, and make smart decisions based on data.

Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Execute structured creative testing across multiple variables (hook, headline, visual, format, etc.) Work closely with the creative team to design, request, and iterate on ad assets Collaborate with the influencer team to source and deploy UGC for use in paid campaigns Deliver and maintain clean campaign architecture using pre-defined naming conventions and structures Analyze performance data using platform tools and GA4 , and provide actionable insights Follow systems and processes precisely, while identifying ways to improve creative outcomes and ad performance

Qualifications:

1-3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in both Meta and Google Ads (required) Experience managing and optimizing across multiple Google Ads campaign types (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, etc.) Proven ability to design and test ad creatives that drive measurable results Demonstrated success in building and scaling profitable campaigns Proficient in Shopify and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Familiarity with full-funnel paid media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) Strong understanding of key performance metrics:

ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal creative and influencer teams Able to execute within a structured system and meet performance expectations with consistency
