  • Business Partners & Marketing Specialist Position Summary:

    Reporting directly to the CEO, Marketing Specialist & Membership Specialist

  • Business Partner enhances the Association’s member engagement, professional development, and public visibility through strategic marketing and business partner support.

This role promotes Association programs, fosters community awareness, and supports professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing initiatives for members and the public to promote the Association’s programs, services, and REALTOR® value in real estate transactions. Create promotional materials, manage brand identity, and produce content for publications, flyers, and social media. Coordinate communication campaigns, including periodic updates, press releases, and alerts, measuring impact to optimize future efforts. Provides high-quality customer service, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Greets and assists members professionally, building strong relationships. Processes new member applications and maintains accurate member records. Manages annual membership renewals, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all members. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and member experience Serve as a liaison to assigned committees, ensuring effective communication and engagement with members. Day-to-day operations of office and office management. Data Entry Bookkeeping duties as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred, with two years of relevant experience. Strong written communication, project management, and customer service skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Adobe Creative Suite and office software. Ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts professionally, and handle multiple priorities. Shows initiative to improve processes and enhance member experience. Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

Requires the ability to walk, stand, sit, lift up to 20 pounds, and enter data for extended periods.
