What You’ll Be Doing Making outbound calls and receiving inbound leads daily Understanding small business needs and recommending tailored funding solutions Walking clients through the funding process with clarity and confidence Managing your pipeline and following up consistently Working toward—and crushing—weekly and monthly sales goals What We’re Looking For 1-2+ years of sales experience, ideally phone-based or in financial services Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills A self-starter mindset with strong follow-through Competitive nature and hunger to succeed Reliable and professional in an office environment Compensation & Perks 100% Commission-Based
