Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram , managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads , optimizing our website and SEO , and exploring new ways to promote our company and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Optimize company website for performance, user experience, and SEO rankings. Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve visibility and search performance. Analyze ad and content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with company goals. Explore and execute other creative ways to increase brand awareness and drive leads. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns with service offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and ad management. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization tools. Proficiency in video creation/editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar. Experience managing paid ad platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Business Suite. Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and think creatively.

Preferred:

Background in technology, MSP, MSSP, or IT services marketing is a plus. Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS tools.
