Position Overview:

This role is focused solely on marketing and content creation. You will be responsible for capturing real-time content, creating engaging social media posts, filming procedures and events, producing before-and-after visuals, and helping to tell the authentic story of our practice every day. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor all marketing channels, assisting our marketing coordinator in executing marketing operations Create and post daily social media content (Instagram posts, stories, Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts). Capture high-quality photos and videos of patient results (with consent), procedures, and daily life in the practice. Film and edit educational videos featuring our surgeons and providers. Plan and execute creative content ideas to grow engagement and brand awareness. Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach. Build and manage before-and-after galleries for marketing use. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Support the marketing coordinator and leadership team with special campaigns and events.

Job Requirements:

Strong skills in filming, editing, and social media management Proficiency with video editing apps and design tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, CapCut, Adobe Suite) Comfortable working with iPhones, Nikon cameras, and similar equipment (or willing to learn quickly) Social media expertise across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Strong writing skills for captions and posts Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring new content ideas daily High level of professionalism and discretion when handling patient content Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field), but not required with the right experience

Qualifications :
  • Social Media proficiency including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, typing, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, ability to perform multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to respond well to supervision and work independently with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration when required
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to new roles

Pay is commensurate with experience
