Position Purpose This position is responsible for coordination of the customer visits program, corporate events and supporting activities providing best in class customer and dealer experience to support sales goals for JCB North America. The position is specifically responsible for all aspects of the visits program from planning and communication with the sales teams and dealer network to on-site execution across all sales channels and industries. In addition, this position will be specifically responsible for planning and executing corporate events as requested and assigned. This position will involve extensive interaction with cross-functional team members in line with North American business objectives. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Plan and execute customer visits to provide best in class experience for JCB North America and global customers Actively seek new ways to improve and enhance the visit experience in Savannah Plan events to include trade shows as assigned while staying on budget Collaborate with staff and clients to establish event goals and objectives; establish and manage event planning timelines; create task assignments; and propose resources needed to execute event Negotiate with event vendors to ensure business and budget goals are collectively met Work with all outside visits and event vendors ensuring agreements, POs, delivery schedules and other details are confirmed and communicated Coordinate event coverage in conjunction with event manager Manage the scope and budget of projects Manage exhibit inventory and logistics between events Flexible and willing to perform other tasks and duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience Previous work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role Knowledge of traditional marketing, event planning, and communications Highly organized, self-starter who can work proactively with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and willing to work collaboratively with a team to achieve team and company goals Experience managing events or customer experiences with cross-functional partners, from planning to delivery Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Capacity to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office software Comfortable in an in-person office environment Technical competence is a plus Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level Must have excellent follow-through skills Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings Must be open to domestic and international travel Desire and proven ability to learn and grow Job Conditions Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment Subject to noise and temperature changes 30% travel Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
