✅ Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, senior centers, physician offices, and community organizations ✅ Generate new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calls, and community outreach ✅ Represent the company at health fairs, community events, and professional meetings ✅ Track and report marketing activities and outcomes to management ✅ Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of service delivery
Requirements:
✔ Previous marketing, sales, or business development experience (preferably in healthcare or senior care) ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✔ Passion for helping seniors and families
