Position Summary :
ASP Global is looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who enjoys working across a range of digital formats and print, photo, and video, and wants to help shape how we show up in the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial, marketing, and leadership teams by creating assets like product sheets, brochures, trade show graphics, presentations, and more. This role also manages brand-aligned photo and video content, ensuring consistency and quality across touchpoints. Beyond design, you’ll support digital campaigns, help manage our website and social media channels and work closely with team members to align messaging. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving creative challenges, and is excited to grow while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare space.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Graphic Design Design and update brochures, catalogs, labels, instructions, and related visual materials Create visual presentations for both internal and external audiences Develop graphics and booth assets for trade shows and events Design logos and visual identity elements Maintain, apply, and help evolve our brand guidelines Create packaging and product artwork in alignment with customer and quality standards Photography and Video Edit and retouch imagery and video content Manage, organize, and prepare photo/video content for marketing use Web Content and Digital Marketing Assist with website updates and content management Support and track metrics for marketing campaigns Plan and schedule content across social media platforms Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure clear and consistent messaging across channels
Education, Experience, and Skills:
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate the following: A degree in Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, OR a combination of education and relevant professional experience At least 3 years of experience in a related creative or marketing role (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Familiarity with WordPress, UX/Web Design, HTML, and platforms like Canva is preferred Understanding of print production processes (e.g., CMYK vs. RGB) and digital content formatting Ability to contribute to process improvements and help build new workflows Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Remote Work Eligibility and Setup Work Location This position is eligible for remote or hybrid work, with the option to work from our corporate office in Austell, GA, or from a home office, based on team and business needs . Home Office Setup Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
