Customer Marketing Consultant A Brief Overview The Customer Marketing Consultant is responsible for assisting with managing and growing our online customer community and executing campaigns to strengthen customer engagement. This individual will work closely with the Customer Marketing Senior Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience, identify customer advocates, and drive participation within the community. The ideal candidate has a passion for community management, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer-focused marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, customer-centric, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Additionally, the candidate must be able to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms and systems to support the community. What you will do Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online customer community Moderate discussion forum within the community including direct responses and escalating topics as necessary Develop weekly virtual, interactive activities designed to engage customers and encourage participation within the community Complete administrative tasks within the community to support its integrity and accurate data collection Provide regular updates to internal content contributors on the performance of their content within the community, including engagement metrics, customer feedback, and campaign results. Collaborate with other teams to distribute valuable content to the community, including guides, product information, blogs, and discussion prompts Execute customer communication campaigns aimed at educating and retaining community members Create and write clear and differentiated campaign messaging, claims and assets Assist with executing client contact and WSE campaigns across existing marketing & communications channels Partner with stakeholders across Product Management, CX and other marketing departments to identify opportunities and help customers become aware of and adopt key product features Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience Qualifications Typically 2+ years Experience in marketing or communications-related field preferred Skills and Abilities Proven experience in customer engagement, advocacy and communications programs. (Basic proficiency) Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platform (Basic proficiency) Demonstrated experience with AdvocacyHub (formerly Influitive) platform (Basic proficiency) Demonstrated experience with building and analyzing reports in Lookr (Basic proficiency) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Intermediate proficiency) Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate cross functionally with employees at all levels of the organization (Intermediate proficiency) Possesses humility, empathy, and high intellectual curiosity (Intermediate proficiency) A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace (Intermediate proficiency) Adaptability to the job and working in a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities (Intermediate proficiency) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate proficiency) Travel Requirements Minimal travel required — 5% Work Environment Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $62,200.00 to $105,700.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
