Compensation:

Competitive Base salary and Commission $75,000 – $100,000

OTE Location:

Responsibilities:

Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling (in-person and over the phone) Dial your pipeline leads Answer incoming leads Attend all scheduled appointments Build rapport and trust with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners in order to facilitate the sale of their property Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners

Qualifications:
