With 400+ franchise licenses sold, and rapid international expansion approaching, SWTHZ is determined to redefine wellness and is on the hunt for the best talent to achieve its vision The Role As a key member of the analytics team, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the way we understand and drive customer behavior across all stages of the funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and strategy—ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and wants to make a tangible impact at a high-growth, mission-driven brand. Key Responsibilities Own the analysis of the end-to-end customer journey across paid media, organic, email/SMS, referral, and in-studio conversion Quantify performance from impression → click → lead → visit → conversion → retention → LTV Build and maintain self-service Tableau dashboards for marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders Partner with the Director of Analytics on attribution modeling, cohort retention analysis, and LTV forecasting Conduct segmentation analyses (demographic, behavioral, geographic) to fuel targeting and personalization Deliver pre/post campaign reports, experiment readouts (e.g., A/B tests), and deep
CAC:
LTV insights Collaborate with VP of Sales, CMO, and Brand and Field Marketing Directors to identify opportunity and implement new strategies Monitor key metrics and proactively flag anomalies or emerging trends Tell compelling stories through data — visually, verbally, and with strategic clarity Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years in marketing, growth, or performance analytics Strong proficiency in Tableau (Power BI okay) and SQL; experience with Snowflake a plus Deep understanding of funnel performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) Comfortable navigating and connecting multiple data sources (CRM, ad platforms, studio POS data) Ability to tell a story with data—both visually and verbally Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth franchise or multi-location environment a plus
