3-5 hours/week initially, with strong potential to scale to full-time About Sartorial Industrial Sartorial Industrial is a multidisciplinary startup at the intersection of land, construction, transportation, and consumer lifestyle. We’re building a platform and brand that revolutionizes how people design, finance, and access homes — from container wellness retreats in Georgia to community-supported DIY homebuilding and beyond. We also operate a growing vehicle rental business (Sartorial Industrial Cars) using platforms like Turo to generate cash flow and build equity in premium transportation assets. We’re small, scrappy, and scaling — and now we’re looking for a future co-founder to join the journey. Role Overview We’re looking for a high-initiative, entrepreneurial generalist based in Atlanta to help spearhead two key areas of growth: Marketing & Lead Gen for construction and landowner partnerships, including building our social media communities and content Operational Oversight and Brand Presence for our emerging Turo rental fleet This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends marketing, field operations, and early-stage co-founder responsibilities. What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Marketing (Construction/Properties) Start to build the DIY and social media communities -> This is a key goal of this role Develop and test local marketing strategies to attract landowners, DIY builders, and construction collaborators Build outreach lists and run drip campaigns, mailers, or door-to-door outreach Help position Sartorial Industrial as the go-to brand for low-cost modular building and alternative housing solutions Vehicle Rental Operations (Sartorial Industrial Cars) Manage our Atlanta-based Turo car fleet (initially 1-3 cars), including: Coordinating pickups/drop-offs Inspecting and prepping vehicles between rentals Ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and listed optimally Create and implement growth strategies on Turo and similar platforms Coordinate photo shoots, profile optimizations, and renter reviews Co-Founder Track Responsibilities Participate in weekly strategy calls with the founder Contribute to roadmap development across real estate, transportation, and finance verticals Bring new ideas and act like an owner
