About the Position We’re hiring someone full-time to take the lead on our content strategy — and also be the face of it. You’ll be directing our product videos (they’ll have an informal, DIY feel) and starring in many as well. You’ll also coordinate designers, editors, influencers, and community conversations — all with the goal of making our brand feel clear, helpful, and trusted. You’ll lead the charge on how our brand shows up across ecommerce, social media, and product launches. The ideal candidate is proactive by nature, doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves, or occasionally wearing different hats, to make results happen. You’ll work directly with the CEO, and be exposed to many opportunities for growth rarely experience in larger companies. What you’ll do Be the on-camera spokesperson in our ecommerce videos (installation, product walk-throughs, feature demos) Manage freelance editors to publish weekly install + product videos Take product photos with your phone for ecommerce listings (focus: clarity and trust, not glossy studio shots) Find and manage influencers for new product launches Create or direct infographics and product guides for the website Quarterback landing page creation by identifying opportunities and coordinating content (design, copy, images, layout) Build and run a process to collect and reward user-generated content (UGC) Publish UGC to our site and social channels with design/editor support Reply to product questions, and promote the brand, in Facebook groups (as the company) As the brand develops, come up with and execute new video ideas for social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) What you’ve done Managed freelancers or content contributors (editors, designers, creators) Managed video or content production end-to-end Worked in or around ecommerce, DTC, or physical product marketing Owned the content workflow — from idea to live asset (Preferred, but not required) Been the point person between brand, product, and marketing (Preferred, but not required) Been on-camera in product or social videos What you’ll need Balance of DIY scrappiness + organized execution Comfortable filming yourself and being the brand’s on-camera voice Sharp eye for what builds trust in a product listing Strong written English (you’ll be the one replying in communities) To love golf carts, or could envision falling in love with them Ability to physically be in our Peachtree City office 5-8 times a month on average for video & photo shoots
