This role is essential in bringing our voice to life — managing our content engine, creating standout social and email campaigns, and helping us scale marketing efforts as we grow. If you’re a creative doer who loves storytelling, social trends, and working in fast-paced environments, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we reach and engage the next million investors. What You’ll Do Content Operations Manage the content calendar across email, social, and other marketing channels Maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all platforms Partner with designers, creators, influencers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate content and creative assets Content Creation & Copywriting Shoot and edit short-form video in-office (behind-the-scenes, team content, UGC, founder-led content) Rapidly produce video and static creative for use in social, email, and paid campaigns Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, email snippets, and other assets Write and edit email/SMS copy (e.g., The Seed newsletter) to support activation, retention, and upsell campaigns QA and refine copy for ads, landing pages, and onboarding flows Social Growth & Optimization Track and report on content and social performance; use insights to inform creative direction Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and what’s working across channels Relay creative learnings and performance wins to the broader marketing team Test and iterate content weekly based on performance feedback and results Ideal Experience 3-5 years of content experience in a fast-paced, content-driven marketing or startup environment Confident creating short-form UGC-style content (iPhone + CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) Social-native thinker with a strong sense for what makes people stop, engage, and share Deep understanding of brand tone and the importance of consistency across channels Skilled in direct-response copywriting and email marketing strategy Results-oriented, fast-moving, and adaptable — you like to ship, test, and refine Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and collaborating across paid, lifecycle, and brand teams Passion for storytelling, ideation, and working at the intersection of content and data What Success Looks Like 3-5+ new creative pieces shipped weekly (video, static, email, etc.) Top organic content repurposed into best-performing paid assets Improved engagement and conversion metrics (CTR, CVR, open/click rates) UGC/testimonial/influencer content tested and integrated across lifecycle and paid Clear, repeatable systems that increase creative velocity and impact Bonus Points For A portfolio or TikTok/Reels feed that shows your storytelling, humor, or educational style Interest in real estate, finance, or impact-driven work
