Description We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies for our real estate and facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and brand management, with a proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires a creative yet analytical approach to achieving business goals. This is a Full Time/Direct Hire opportunity and will sit on-site at our clients office in Atlanta, GA 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and brand recognition.
- Manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Bing, Google Ads, and social media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
- Oversee content creation and management within a Content Management System (CMS) to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed established goals.
- Create and manage blogging initiatives to support content marketing efforts and improve SEO rankings.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign planning and execution.
- Proficiency in using platforms such as Bing, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights for advertising and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing advertisements and blogging initiatives.
- Proven ability to enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
