Position Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist develops and manages digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the company website, email, paid advertising, and social media. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to create brand-aligned content, optimize user experience, and deliver actionable insights through detailed performance reporting. Additional responsibilities include executing local digital campaigns (such as geofencing and ABM), monitoring KPIs across platforms, and ensuring all efforts support broader marketing and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Content Development Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Craft compelling brand messaging and create engaging content including blog posts, email campaigns, social media updates, and website copy tailored to homebuyers. Collaborate with members of the marketing team to optimize content strategy Website Management & SEO Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on content updates and collaborate on web development projects (custom or express sites) to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic web traffic. Targeted Digital Advertising Plan and execute localized geofencing ad campaigns to attract potential homebuyers in target markets. Assist in executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to reach high-value customer segments. Performance Analytics & Reporting Monitor, analyze, and report performance of all digital initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel, and PowerBI. Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking across channels to provide actionable recommendations. Collaboration & Support Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to identify website and campaign inefficiencies using data insights. Assist in managing and optimizing the company’s call tracking platform and email marketing tools. Support social media strategy and execution based on audience research, benchmarking, and campaign performance. Technology & Industry Awareness Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the homebuilding space. Provide ongoing recommendations for new tools or methods to enhance digital performance.
Minimum Education and Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficient in:
Google Analytics Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel Email marketing strategy and execution SEO strategy and keyword research Data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI)
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in the homebuilding, real estate, or construction industry.
Hands-on experience with:
