Marketing Specialist 360Works Roswell, GA 30076 Job Overview 360Works is a specialty software firm that builds custom business solutions and develops powerful plug-ins and tools used by thousands of businesses and developers around the world. We’re a small, tightly knit team of geeky people with excellent culture and a laid back hybrid office environment. We’re shifting from passive growth to proactive outreach—and we’re looking for a creative, analytical (and geeky!) marketing specialist to help lead that charge. Who We’re Looking For This is a part-time in-person role (3 days/week) ideal for a marketing generalist with strong content instincts, a digital-first mindset, and the ability to move quickly with limited resources. If you thrive on variety, love translating strategy into action, and can make data-driven decisions, we would love to hear from you. Part-time may transition to full-time in the future. Key Responsibilities Ultimately, we’re looking for a team member to help us shape and communicate a modernized public image: “Human First. Modern. Cohesive.” We see this position bringing on a highly motivated team member with the following responsibilities: Own the process of campaign planning and experimentation Create and regularly update product-specific content plans (start with one, expand over time) Conduct competitive keyword research and identify SEO opportunities Source and manage freelance writers and graphic designers Develop and own strategy for development services campaign Maintain freshness of all public-facing content (videos, docs, etc.) Find and Organize opportunities for in-person engagements between leadership and clientele Propose and organize blog/social media campaign topics Publish and respond to customer reviews Experiment with campaign targeting (verticals, geos, etc.) Establish 360Works as an authoritative voice in our space Skills and Traits Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years experience in digital marketing, content strategy, demand generation, or related field Excellent written communication and project coordination skills SEO and keyword research proficiency (Google tools, Ahrefs, SEMRush or similar) Basic familiarity with structured data and on-page optimization Strong initiative: capable of turning vague goals into structured actions Comfortable managing contractors and freelancers
