The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of offline marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and presence in the local market. This role is ideal for someone who excels at print campaigns, in-person promotions, event marketing, and traditional advertising methods.

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate print advertising campaigns (flyers, brochures, posters, etc.). Assist in planning and executing promotional events and trade shows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions. Research market trends and customer preferences to help shape marketing strategies. Manage vendor relationships for production of physical marketing materials. Track campaign performance and provide reports and insights to leadership. Ensure brand consistency across all physical marketing assets and experiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in a marketing, event, or communications role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
