Artistry Salon Studio is looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Specialist to help us bring our brand to life online. This flexible role is perfect for someone who thrives in a boutique, hands-on environment and enjoys crafting engaging content that truly connects with people. You’ll be the voice behind our digital presence—managing our social channels, creating scroll-stopping content, and sharing the heart of what we do with the world. What You’ll Be Doing:

Social Media & Brand Storytelling Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts Plan and create content that aligns with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments Build an engaged community that reflects our voice and values Launch fun, story-driven product and service campaigns Content Creation & Engagement Design branded graphics and visuals using tools like Canva Capture real, behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) of our services, team, and clients Help plan in-salon events and seasonal promos Collaborate with the team to shape our monthly content strategy Analytics & Online Sales Support Track key performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions Share simple, insightful reports to guide strategy Maintain our Facebook & Instagram sales channels through Shopify (product tagging, updates, etc.) Use data to refine content and drive online sales

You’ll Love This Role If You:

Have experience managing social media and creating content for small brands Know your way around Canva, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok trends Have an eye for aesthetic detail and enjoy telling stories through visuals Are organized, self-directed, and meet deadlines with ease Are passionate about the beauty, wellness, or fashion industry Feel confident capturing video/photo content (even with a phone!) Are available 5-7 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for events or content shoots
