Sales Representative 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 1785 The Exchange SE, Atlanta, GA 30339 We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing job opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client relationships, and coordinating the interview process for our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new job opportunities in the technology sector.
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Partner with technical consultants to understand their skillsets and career goals.
• Craft compelling narratives that showcase consultant profiles on various job boards.
• Act as a company advocate, liaising with clients and negotiating top hourly rates.
• Screen opportunities and assess fit based on consultant qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximize placements.

Qualifications:

• Ideally 1 year of demonstrated sales experience, including sourcing, lead generation, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the technology consulting or staffing industry.
• Familiarity with a variety of technology roles and skill sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or 1-2 additional years of sales experience
