JOB SUMMARY
CapstoneLogistics is looking for a creative, detail-oriented ContentSpecialist to join our Marketing team. This role will play a vitalpart in developing high-impact content and visual assets thatsupport sales enablement, brand awareness, and marketing campaigns.
You’ll work directly with the Brand & Content Manager and workcross-functionally with Sales, Digital Marketing, and externalvendors to bring our story to life. If you’re a strong communicatorwith a knack for PowerPoint, a passion for clean design, and theability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals and copy,we want to hear from you! This role supports all Capstone solutionsincluding warehouse services, freight management and last-miledelivery, and will have a direct impact on our sales processes. Theideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of Capstone’sbrand and product value propositions, and a passion for utilizingmarketing channels to drive lead generation, engagement, retention,and new sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and format PowerPointpresentations for Sales and Marketing that are on-brand,compelling, and engaging.
- Assist in the creation and layout ofmarketing assets such as case studies, product sheets,infographics, social graphics, and email content.
- Collaboratewith the Brand Manager and creative partners to apply visual andeditorial brand guidelines consistently.
- Support the contentdevelopment process from initial drafts to final edits, includingproofreading, light copywriting, and visual polish.
- Manage assetversions and file organization to ensure a clean, accessiblelibrary of content resources.
- Help maintain the content calendar,ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned withbusiness priorities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions andbring fresh, creative thinking to content projects.
- Use AdobeCreative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva toedit or prepare visual assets when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftPowerPoint, including slide design, animations, and formatting.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite orCanva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with asharp eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborativespirit, positive attitude, and interest in learning and growing.
- B2B sales or marketing experience
Strongly Preferred:
- Experiencecreating sales presentations and proposals, product sheets, andcustomer case studies
- Experience in social media content, SEO,and web advertising
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, ortechnology fields
- Understanding of SEO and paid search bestpractices.
- Understanding of graphic design principles andadvanced capabilities in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Bachelor’s Degreein Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English
