Position Overview:

Lanier Islands Resort is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts across departments and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment with business objectives. This role is critical in ensuring that all marketing activities contribute to the resort’s immediate goals and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of Lanier Islands Resort’s overall marketing strategy. Coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels. Compile and analyze market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trends to guide marketing strategies. Develop and support micro-strategies tailored to individual departments and resort-wide objectives. Help create creative briefs and collaborate with design and content teams to deliver effective print, digital, and video assets. Ensure brand and message consistency across all marketing platforms. Conceptualize and manage multichannel micro-campaigns to achieve departmental and seasonal goals. Manage content updates across customer-facing and internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Facilitate internal communication of upcoming campaigns and marketing initiatives to relevant departments. Attend interdepartmental meetings as needed and report key marketing updates to the Marketing Director. Support coordination with third-party vendors, media partners, and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment. Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
