Field Marketing Representative 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Warner Robins, GA We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representative to join our growing team in the Nicotine Vape and THC space. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate, has strong people skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, on-the-ground marketing environment. You’ll help build brand awareness and drive retail-level engagement through field marketing strategies and in-person store visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Manager to support and execute field marketing campaigns based on industry trends and research. Learn and maintain knowledge of the full product portfolio, including vape devices and THC-related items, to effectively represent partner brands. Visit retail stores weekly to promote products, build relationships with store staff, and support merchandising and promotional efforts. Ensure products are well-displayed and actively support in-store promotional campaigns. Share feedback from retail visits, including photos, performance insights, and competitor observations. Occasionally support pop-ups, trade shows, or local events on an as-needed basis. Track and report hours worked, mileage, and key deliverables from weekly field activity.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or retail (especially in Vape/THC/CBD industries) is preferred but not required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel and customers. Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible part-time schedule. Reliable transportation; must be willing to travel locally. Subject to background check, reference check, and motor vehicle record check. This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, including criminal history and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review. Because driving is an essential function of this role, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Full-Time:
Approximately 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
