Part-Time Marketing Strategist ZAP Cooling & Heating 7314 Highway 115 E, Cleveland, GA 30528 Position Overview ZAP Cooling & Heating is seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and strategic Part-Time Marketing Professional to lead our growth into the next phase of brand and revenue expansion. Starting at 1-2 days per week, this role has the potential to scale into a full-time leadership position as we grow. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance metrics . You’ll be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing ZAP’s full marketing strategy—driving lead flow, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing the customer experience across every channel. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing Leadership Own and execute ZAP’s 12-month marketing calendar Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, monthly promos, and Club USA offers Collaborate with service, install, and sales teams to match marketing with capacity 2. Digital Marketing Execution Manage and optimize all paid ads: Google PPC, Meta/Facebook Ads, LSAs Oversee SEO performance and Google Business Profile ranking Monitor booking rate, CPL, and ROI across all digital channels 3. Brand & Community Growth Lead reputation strategy: Google reviews, video testimonials, referral programs Promote local events, sponsorships, and neighborhood outreach Design and execute WOW customer follow-up journeys Oversee email and direct mail campaigns to nurture retention 4. Content Creation & Social Media Own the content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, and web Script short-form video content and posts to reflect our brand voice Coordinate with creative freelancers and vendors for media production 5. Analytics & ROI Tracking Weekly reporting: lead volume, CPL, booking %, revenue by source

Monthly:

full-funnel marketing ROI analysis with insights and next steps Forecast lead needs based on install/service targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 3-5 years’ experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in home services Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, LSA, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms Proficiency in basic HTML and CMS platforms for web updates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong creative direction skills, with the ability to brief and lead external creators Adobe Creative Suite or Canva skills a plus Able to manage multiple initiatives with a test-optimize-scale mindset Why Join ZAP?
