We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to push buttons — literally and strategically — across paid media, email, SEO, and CRM workflows. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s fast, focused, and thrives in a hands-on marketing environment where performance matters and speed wins. You’ll play a critical role in launching and optimizing digital campaigns across both eCommerce and lead gen funnels. If you’re fluent in HubSpot, have battle-tested ad experience, and know how to turn strategy into measurable results — we want you on our team. –What You’ll Be Doing Execute digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other PPC platforms. Build and manage email workflows, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot (or similar CRM). Support eCommerce and lead gen funnels from ad click to form fill or purchase. Implement SEO best practices and keyword targeting on live pages and campaign assets. Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched cleanly across channels. Understand how backend systems work together (WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, etc.) — and assist with troubleshooting when needed. –What You Bring to the Table 4+ years in digital marketing or performance marketing roles. Proven experience with HubSpot (or similar platform) for automation, workflows, and email campaigns. Hands-on experience with paid social and PPC campaign execution. Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce or Magento from both a marketing and technical perspective. Understanding of lead generation mechanics — CTAs, forms, conversion flow.
