Primary Responsibilities Automation Development and Governance:

Support Shaw IT Systems Automation in developing and governing automation processes.

Power Platform Knowledge:

Utilize and manage updates for the CoE Tool Kit. Provide support for Power Platform makers.

Power Platform Governance:

Manage apps, flows, environments, DLP policy support, and connector support.

Manage Automation KPIs:

Conduct value management through analysis and analytics.

Automation Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the intake, validation, analysis, design, testing, delivery, and support of automation processes. Manage licenses for Power Platform apps and Copilot Studio Agents. Facilitate the rollout of apps and ensure knowledge of moving apps across development lifecycle environments. Document and maintain technical handbooks, knowledgebase documents, and other relevant documentation. Utilize Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot Studio Agents, and other AI tools. Assist with migration from Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Platform and M365 Copilot Agents. Work with business partners on requirement gathering and business needs. Requirements Two or four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of experience in a medium to large scale Information Services environment. Preferred- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with a strong knowledge of Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Ability to document and maintain technical documentation. Proficiency in managing agentic/automation KPIs and conducting value management analysis. Experience in automation lifecycle management.
