As a Brand MarketingSpecialist, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training,learning the art of powerful brand representation & compellingstorytelling. You’ll develop expertise in initiating meaningfulconversations, educating diverse audiences on profound charitablemissions, & creating memorable experiences that resonate with thecommunity. Key Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing SpecialistRepresent our non-profit clients as their primary public face atcommunity events, retail locations, and outreach sites, embodyingtheir mission and values. Engage proactively & enthusiasticallywith diverse members of the public, initiating conversations &creating positive, memorable interactions. Inform potential donorsand community members about the goals, achievements, and needs ofrepresented charities through compelling stories. Distributeinformational & promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers,branded merchandise) to raise awareness & encourage furtherengagement. Clearly and accurately answer questions about thecharity’s programs and impact, ensuring alignment with brandmessaging. Identify receptive individuals to generate interest andwarm leads for fundraising and sales teams. Assist with the setup &breakdown of event displays, kiosks, & promotional booths, ensuringa professional & inviting brand presence. Collect qualitativefeedback & insights from public interactions regarding brandperception & community interest, reporting observations to optimizestrategies. Actively participate in daily meetings, role-playing,and training to improve product knowledge, communication, andpublic engagement. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of representednon-profit campaigns, including their history, current work, andthe impact of donations. Maintain a consistent and positive brandimage by strictly adhering to all brand guidelines and ethicalstandards in communication and conduct. Work collaboratively, sharebest practices, and support campaign goals for maximum impact.
