Marketing Full Job Description Position Description:

The Insurance Marketing Specialist will manage marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services, as well as handle client inquiries and sales. The role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, the ability to market them effectively, and the capacity to build and maintain client relationships. This position combines a focus on sales and marketing with strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Client Acquisition Identify and prospect potential clients through inbound and outbound methods (calls, emails, networking events, etc.). Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options (life, health, home, auto, etc.). Manage a portfolio of clients, provide policy updates and renewals, and manage claims as needed. Create a spreadsheet of all quotes and follow up on them Turn the completed file over to the Producer to set appointments Negotiate terms and pricing

Marketing Strategy Development :

Collaborate with the Producer to determine potential markets to approach and develop strategies that promote the agency’s insurance products and services. Order and send loss runs to markets Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to attract new clients, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results. Customer Support & Relationship Management Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by addressing their inquiries, offering policy upgrades, and providing consultation services. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate client interactions, insurance policies, and marketing results records.

Required Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Producer license

Marketing Knowledge:

Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Organizational Skills:

Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in both insurance sales and marketing roles. Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
