As we grow our direct-to-consumer initiatives, we are seeking a digitally savvy team member to support campaign execution across e-commerce, email marketing, and organic social media. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist will support Oracle Lighting’s digital marketing efforts with a focus on e-commerce operations, email campaign execution, and organic social media management . This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital content, customer experience, and performance marketing. You will assist in bringing campaigns to life from concept through post-launch reporting. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Support Assist with day-to-day updates and maintenance of the Shopify site, including product uploads, pricing updates, and merchandising. Help implement promotional campaigns, landing pages, and seasonal collections. Support product launches by coordinating assets, descriptions, and page optimizations. Monitor site performance and user experience; flag issues and suggest improvements. Email Marketing Execution Build, test, and deploy email campaigns through Klaviyo or similar platforms. Maintain and segment email lists; help implement triggers for cart recovery, browse abandonment, and re-engagement. Assist in writing copy, selecting visuals, and scheduling content based on promotional calendars. Track campaign performance and support reporting efforts. Organic Social Media Management Draft and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Source and organize content from internal teams, influencers, and user-generated media. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and tagging relevant accounts. Monitor trends and assist with ideas for reels, stories, and content themes. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and campaign timing. Help ensure consistency of brand voice and visual standards across channels. Provide administrative support for partnerships, influencer campaigns, and special promotions. Reporting & Optimization Assist in collecting and compiling performance data across email, social, and site activity. Support the team in identifying patterns and making recommendations based on insights. Maintain campaign tracking documents and performance scorecards. Qualifications 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, email, or social media roles. Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Automotive aftermarket experience is a strong advantage but not required.
