Product Data manages part records, ensures data accuracy, and supports the digital merchandising strategy. They understand product attributes, create new records, and manage the related data required for each product. They are also responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product attribute data. The Product Data Digital Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing product data across Stuller’s digital platforms to ensure accuracy, discoverability, and an optimized online shopping experience. This role blends content management, product findability strategies, and data analysis to support business goals and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and high-quality product data by conducting regular audits, validating information, and resolving discrepancies. Enhance product presentation on the website by managing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), facets, and site navigation for optimal customer experience. Drive product discoverability through strategic categorization, facet implementation, and search optimization efforts. Analyze website data to identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to product content and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Product Planning, and Data Governance to align data practices and address inquiries. Manage the product data lifecycle by overseeing initial setup, ongoing maintenance, and attribute accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot data issues, conducting root cause analysis and contributing to process improvements. Support content management initiatives by assisting with e-commerce strategies and internal SEO enhancements focused on product data.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, e-commerce, or a related field. Proficiency in data handling, including extraction, import, and export across systems. Knowledge of website structure, navigation principles, and product findability strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with tools like MicroStrategy, Salesforce, and content management systems. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the jewelry and/or manufacturing industry.
