About the Role DelRicht Research is hiring a Paid Media Specialist with a primary focus on Paid Social (85%) and a secondary focus on Google Ads (15%) . This is a hands-on, performance-driven role ideal for a marketer who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic oversight across platforms. You’ll help manage and optimize our Meta campaigns to drive high-quality leads for clinical trials, while also supporting search/keyword strategy across the Google Ads suite and conversion optimization efforts across our website. Key Responsibilities 85% – Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage Meta campaigns (lead gen + traffic): daily optimizations, creative testing, and audience targeting Launch new campaigns in coordination with study openings and geographic site activations Analyze lead performance and conversion quality; optimize for cost per screen and patient qualification rates Collaborate with creative team to test ad formats, messaging angles, and static/video assets Implement platform changes and new features to stay ahead of technology shifts Build reports and performance recaps for internal stakeholders (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) 15% – Paid Media (Google Ads, Web Optimization) Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max, ensuring alignment with study priorities and geographic targets Organize ad copy, keyword targeting, and bidding strategies to improve lead quality and lower cost per acquisition Track keyword trends and search intent to align campaign messaging and landing page content Leverage tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and inform testing Assist in cross-channel retargeting strategies and surface insights on how paid social and paid search interact to drive lead-to-screen conversions Requirements 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experience (required) Strong proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio Proven success scaling lead volume and improving CPL, ideally in healthcare or regulated verticals Experienced with WordPress and landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow Analytical and detail-oriented—comfortable with data deep dives, performance testing, and fast pivots Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams Nice-to-Haves Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or patient recruitment Basic on-page seo knowledge, how page titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking impact performance. Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, Zapier, CRIO, or similar tools Front-end dev basics (HTML/CSS/JS) a plus
