Responsibilities:
Acquire a deep understanding of our target customers, industryvalue, applications and technologies, and competition through avariety of resources including plant visits and marketresearch. Provide leadership and direction in the development,implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan forthe Industry Team Collaborate with all Food Industry teams to translate businessstrategies into marketing strategies and lead the development ofdata-driven global marketing strategies Act as Subject Matter Advisor for the business to influence howwe engage with customers to drive relevance, distinctiveness, andgrowth Determine measurements of success for each team, report on theimpact of tactical initiatives, share best practices acrossteams Formulate strategies to boost traffic and engagement for globalindustry trade shows, ensuring thorough measurement and analysispost-event. Craft marketing strategies for new product launches, marketexpansion, and relationship strengthening through account-basedmarketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 7+ years of related experience in marketing withexperience Self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, problem-solvingmindset Creative thinker adept at simplifying complexities and drivingstrategy while sequencing business priorities. Confident, positive, resilient, proactive, and resourceful Strong leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach Collaborative skills to integrate ideas / principles / multipleinputs of stakeholders Proficiency in the latest media and digital solutions Superb written and verbal communication and presentationskills Willingness to travel up to 20%, including some internationaltravel Required Preferred Job Industries Other
