Job Duties:

Quote new business and service renewals Ability to handle billing and policy questions Play a key role in driving revenue and growth Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans that marry your interests with our target market Continuously learn and improve your people, sales and marketing skills/knowledge Collaborate with team members and business owner to achieve common goals

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal communication skills (comfortable speaking with clients and discussing policies) Willingness to make prospecting calls and network to develop new business Effectively communicate and build rapport in person and by phone Ability to think creatively and problem-solve Friendly, positive personality with a can-do attitude and desire to succeed Excellent computer skills
