The Opportunity:
Southworth Clubs is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Content Specialist to lead content planning, production, and social media execution across our portfolio of premier private country clubs and residential communities. This role plays a central part in showcasing the elevated lifestyle, scenic landscapes, and vibrant community culture of each Southworth property. The ideal candidate will be a natural visual storyteller with a strong understanding of the luxury, golf, and real estate sectors. Duties and Functions Editorial & Social Planning Own the content calendar and social media strategy for Southworth Clubs’ branded channels
Align content with broader marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and club-specific events
Provide editorial direction and best practices to club-level marketing teams Social Media Execution Manage the posting schedule, asset curation, and social publishing for all major platforms
Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand tone and meets engagement goals Photography & Videography Support Coordinate planning and production of visual content with internal teams and external partners
Assist with logistics for content capture days, including pre-production and post-production workflows
Maintain quality and brand consistency across all visual assets Creative Direction Support Work closely with the Creative Director to uphold brand standards and support visual storytelling Platform & Campaign Collaboration Partner with the Director of Digital and club marketing teams to implement digital campaigns across websites, social media, and paid platforms Club Coordination Act as a liaison with club-based marketing and communications staff to source club-specific content
Collaborate with internal copywriters to amplify blogs, emails, and editorial across social channels Asset Management Support the organization, tagging, and storage of content in SharePoint with assistance from the Project Manager Performance Awareness Monitor social media and content performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for content optimization Qualification Standards Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field
3-5 years of professional experience in content creation, social media, or creative production
Proven ability to manage creative projects and external vendor relationships
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Loomly (or equivalent), and video editing tools
Experience using social media scheduling tools, CMS platforms, and digital asset management systems
Strong familiarity with golf, luxury real estate, or hospitality industry trends and language
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
