Role:
Family Estate Planning Law Group (FEPLG) is looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Data Specialist to support the integrity, performance, and insights behind our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and driven by clean, actionable data. You’ll take ownership of CRM hygiene, list segmentation, campaign tracking, and data analysis. Your work will directly influence our ability to reach the right people at the right time, and ensure our growth strategy is built on a solid foundation of reliable insights. This is not a content or creative role. It’s a behind-the-scenes, data-focused position that plays a key part in supporting firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
CRM & Data Management Maintain and organize contact records in Pipedrive Tag and segment contacts based on lead source, client type, and engagement level Audit the CRM regularly to eliminate duplicates, correct errors, and ensure data accuracy Implement systems and standards to improve data consistency across platforms List Segmentation & Marketing Operations Build targeted contact lists for email marketing and campaigns Monitor list health, engagement trends, and opt-out rates Track and log campaign activities across CRM and marketing tools Ensure smooth integration between tools like Pipedrive and Mailchimp Performance Tracking & Reporting Track campaign performance metrics including lead source effectiveness, open and click rates, and conversions Create and maintain dashboards to visualize progress against growth goals Analyze lead behavior and campaign results to support strategic decision-making Identify data trends and anomalies and report actionable insights to the Growth team Process Improvement & Documentation Support the development of standard operating procedures for marketing data management Help automate routine tasks to improve efficiency Document key workflows to ensure consistency and scalability of marketing operations What You’ll Be Doing in the First 90 Days In 30
Days, You Will:
Learn and get oriented in our systems: Pipedrive, Mailchimp, and internal shared drives Understand how we tag, track, and segment leads based on lifecycle, source, and client type Begin auditing and cleaning up existing CRM records (tagging, duplicates, formatting) Observe marketing reporting processes and review current dashboards and KPIs Join growth team meetings to gain familiarity with our goals and target audiences In 60
Days, You Will:
Own weekly CRM hygiene tasks, including lead tagging, deduplication, and field updates Create segmented lists for campaigns and begin monitoring list performance (open/click rates, unsubscribes) Track lead source data and campaign performance metrics Support updates to our marketing database structure to improve organization and consistency Identify areas for improvement in data structure or process and recommend changes In 90

Build and maintain regular dashboards and reports for lead tracking and campaign performance Deliver insights and trends from data to inform marketing strategy and decision-making Lead data audits and implement improvements to CRM workflows Actively contribute to marketing operations strategy through documentation and system refinements Serve as the go-to person for CRM data integrity and marketing operations reporting
Who You Are:
You’re naturally curious, analytical, and love bringing order to messy data You take pride in clean systems and accurate reporting You’re comfortable working in spreadsheets, CRMs, and reporting tools You ask thoughtful questions and enjoy solving operational challenges You’re proactive, self-sufficient, and value continuous improvement Experience in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), email marketing platforms, or data analysis tools is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right mindset
