Role:

We’re looking for a Director/Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead and optimize our marketing technology stack, with a heavy focus on HubSpot integrations, website migrations, and marketing communications during company acquisitions. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions when we acquire new businesses-integrating CRM and marketing automation, managing customer communications, and overseeing website updates. Experience in life sciences, biopharma, biotech is preferred.

What You’ll Do:
Project ManagementAgile Implementation:

Lead marketing operations projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient execution via ClickUp, JIRA or other efficient tool.

HubSpotMarketing Technology Management:

Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM, automation workflows, and integrations with other platforms (Salesforce, ERP, data enrichment tools, etc.).

Acquisition Marketing Support:

Assist in integrating acquired companies’ marketing assets-websites, email lists, and automation workflows-into our existing systems.

Customer Communications:

Collaborate with internal teams to manage the rollout of acquisition-related announcements and customer email campaigns.

Website IntegrationMigration:

Work closely with web developers and marketing teams to transition acquired company websites, ensuring proper tracking, branding, and SEO continuity.

Data HygieneReporting:

Ensure data integrity in HubSpot and related systems while providing reports on marketing and acquisition performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, IT, and marketing leadership to ensure smooth system integrations and customer experience during acquisitions.

Sample Projects You Might Work On:

Support Email Campaign Launch in

HubSpot:

Support the launch of new email campaigns and automations in HubSpot.

Website Redesigns:

Support the end-to-end design and delivery of redesigned or new websites with conversion rate optimization in mind Create a New “Marketing OS” for

Efficient Marketing Efforts:

Support the organization and creation of standards and processes to support a fast-growing organization with marketing accelerating from 0 to 100.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles (experience with acquisitions is a plus!). Use of ChatGPT to improve processes and time from start to finish on projects. (Bonus if you’ve created your own chatbot or GPT) Expert in HubSpot (certifications are a plus) and experienced in CRM integrations. Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and website migration best practices. Experience executing customer communications and email marketing. Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and marketing automation. Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies. Proactive problem solver who can simplify complex integrations.

Experience working with Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and third-party data tools.
