Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple channels including paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing, social media, and website analytics.

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets to inform and optimize marketing campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing and campaign segmentation analysis to improve targeting and creative performance.

Collaborate closely with marketing, acquisitions, and operations teams to align analytics insights with business objectives.

Present clear, concise, and actionable reports and recommendations to senior management and marketing leadership.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency by designing and implementing robust analytics processes and quality controls.

Stay current with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to continuously improve Carbons marketing measurement capabilities.

Manage and optimize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations to ensure precise tracking and reporting of marketing activities.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Marketing Analytics Specialist, Marketing Analyst, or similar role with a focus on paid media analytics.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setup, configuration, debugging, and optimization.

Strong proficiency with other analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization to create insightful reports.

Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of real estate or multifamily investment marketing is a plus.
