Our Opportunity Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data Lead brand project initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix, interacting with and managing / influencing other functions within to deliver against project objectives Developing data driven recommendations using relevant sales and market data Flexibility to contribute at all levels of the business from high-level strategy to the day-to-day hands-on operations Utilize insights from multiple sources to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with strategic reporting needs Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 5+ years progressive experience in marketing, design and promotion. Experience integrating consistent marketing strategy across multiple channels. Product development and project management experience. Demonstrated ability to manage / coach / develop others Relevant experience with and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management systems, social media, and analytics.
